Born from the personal struggle of finding safe and affordable PGs in a new city, MyPgHub was founded with a simple idea: hassle-free living for everyone.
We noticed that tenants often faced issues with hidden charges, lack of amenities, and poor maintenance, while PG owners struggled with rent collection and occupancy management.
MyPgHub bridges this gap by providing a seamless platform for tenants to discover verified PGs and for owners to manage their properties efficiently with our SaaS-based ERP tools.

Founder & CEO - My PG Hub
Mallikarjuna Sammeta is a passionate technologist, serial entrepreneur which creates driving force behind My PG Hub. Armed with an M.Tech degree and experienced as Software Engineer, this leads to very foundation on which My PG Hub's robust platform is built.
His entrepreneurial journey began long before My PG Hub. Fascinated by emerging technologies and deeply curious about how software can solve everyday problems at scale. Mallikarjuna experimented with multiple startup ideas — each one sharpening his product instincts and technical skills. It was his own frustrating experience of searching for affordable PG accommodations, that sparked the idea for My PG Hub.
What sets Mallikarjuna apart is his rare combination of technical depth and social purpose. He is not just building a business — he is on a mission to bring dignity, transparency, and trust to India's vast unorganized PG accommodation sector. For him, every line of code is a step toward a society where young professionals and students can find a second home without anxiety.
